Ashley Nash Joins Workforce Genetics to Lead Recruiting and Employer Branding Practice
Ashley Nash has joined Workforce Genetics as the Director of Recruiting and Talent Engagement. Ashley will oversee recruiting, client success, HR consulting, and operational strategy to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients across the Biohealth Capital Region.
Ashley brings extensive experience in recruiting, consulting, and employer branding as well as a passion for science. “I’m excited to combine my curiosity for science with my background in recruiting. Chris has a clear vision for Workforce Genetics, and I’m looking forward to joining him on that journey.”
Prior to joining Workforce Genetics, Ashley managed recruiting and employer branding for Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI), a leading private research philanthropy. In addition to her work at HHMI, she has also recruited for various other industries; including healthcare, management consulting, and technology.

Ashley completed her undergraduate education at University of Michigan, with a Bachelor of Science in Movement Science. She also graduated with a Master of Management and Strategic Leadership from Walsh College. She holds dual certifications from SHRM and AIRS for HR and Recruiting, respectively. In her free time, she enjoys golf, yoga, and spending time with her husband, Robert, and their Labrador, Molly.
