What Kite Does?

At Kite, they are focused on the cure. Their singular focus is on cell therapy — the use of genetically modified immune cells programmed to target tumors — which they believe has the potential to change the way cancer is treated.

Through their focused efforts and important industry and academic partnerships, they have been able to advance their industry-leading pipeline of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) and T cell receptor (TCR) product candidates with the goal of treating both hematological cancers and solid tumors.

Why Kite?

A company’s mission forms the foundation of everything—from its values to the caliber of professionals it attracts. That’s why when your mission is to cure cancer, the best people rise to the challenge. You won’t find traditional pharmaceutical manufacturing practices taking place at Kite. That’s because they utilize CAR T-cell therapy, a process that reengineers a patient’s own immune cells to fight cancer.

What Kite Employees Say?

“Employees have visibility, the work they’re putting forth is recognized and valued. It’s innovative, inclusive, fun environment that makes my role very rewarding.”
CaroElise Ataku
Cell Therapy Specialist
“There’s a deep-seated culture of collaboration. When I’m taking on my daily task, my teammates are keen to share information and provide information that will give the patient the best possible chance to lead longer, fuller lives.”
Damon Keene
Manufacturing Supervisor
“What family hasn’t had cancer knock on their door? I’m a lymphoma survivor. When I got sick several years ago, working at a large pharmaceutical company, I felt like more of an employee number than a person. When I got cured of that disease, I thought about how much I’d like to come to a company where I can make a measured difference for patients like me. I found that here.”

Director of Talent
