Mark Aldridge joins Workforce Genetics as a Senior Life Sciences Talent Consultant to support the growth and expansion of the business in the Greater Philadelphia region.
Mark brings over 8 years of professional recruiting and talent acquisition experience to the team. His core strengths lie within client and candidate experience with a natural ability to build mutually beneficial relationships. “I am incredibly excited to join forces with Chris Frew and the rest of the team at WGx to immerse myself in the Life Sciences industry and contribute to the ongoing growth of the company”.

Prior to joining Workforce Genetics, Mark worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at North Highland, a global management consulting firm. He was responsible for recruiting across various consulting functions such as Project and Change Managers, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches and Product Managers, all at senior levels.
Mark completed his education in TV and Film back in his home country of England. He started his career in Recruiting in 2012 for a specialist IT firm based just outside London. He spent 5 years working in the UK before meeting his wife in America and moving across the pond. Mark now resides in Philadelphia, PA with his wife and 4 year old pug. Mark enjoys traveling is a big foodie, and has recently found a love for landscaping and gardening.
