Peter Dedivanovic Joins Workforce Genetics as a Senior Life Sciences Talent Consultant
Peter brings over 6 years of professional recruiting, talent acquisition, and business development experience to the team. His main strengths are working around the full recruitment cycle, working with clients and building valuable relationships, and being a consultative partner for both candidates and clients alike. “This is an extremely exciting and unique opportunity for me to get into the Life Sciences industry and help grow this fantastic company and brand in the Philadelphia area.”
Prior to joining Workforce Genetics, Peter worked as a Relationship Manager at LinkedIn. He was responsible for handling a book of business of about 125-135 clients and handled their talent acquisition solutions across the company. He partnered up with multiple departments such as talent acquisition, marketing, and sales. Peter also comes with 5 years of recruitment experience within the accounting and finance and IT industries for 2 large national companies.

Peter completed his education in communications and public relations at Kutztown University in Pennsylvania. He started his career in Recruiting in 2014 for a national IT firm based just outside of Richmond, VA. He spent 5 years working in the recruitment industry before taking the opportunity with LinkedIn. Peter now resides in Philadelphia, PA with his girlfriend and 4-year-old golden retriever and 3-year-old short haired cat. Peter enjoys traveling the world, exploring Philadelphia, golfing, snowboarding, and playing rec softball.
