McBee, Moore & Vanik IP welcomes its newest team members, Tiana Glascoe and Hannah Bernstein.

Tiana Glascoe, IP Specialist

Tiana has over 20 years of experience as an IP Specialist/Paralegal in the field. Tiana has previously worked with the McBee group as an IP Specialist.

At MMV, Tiana’s responsibilities include:

  • Conducting transfers and intake of US and Foreign patent and trademark files and correspondence.
  • Maintaining the firm’s docketing system and ensuring deadlines are docketed correctly.
  • Providing knowledge of United States Patent and Trademark Office for paralegals and administrative staff.
  • Maintaining record of all patent and trademark correspondence from the USPTO and international patent and trademark offices, in house counsel, attorneys, and clients.
  • Handling all communications from the USPTO.

In her free time, Tiana enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and creating websites.

Hannah Bernstein, Junior IP Specialist

Hannah Bernstein assists the attorneys and clients at McBee, Moore, & Vanik as a Junior IP Specialist. She prepares and files new patent applications, reports Patent & Trademark communications to clients, and monitors deadlines to send reminders to clients as needed.

Hannah was born and raised in Brazil. She graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro Law school, Brazil, and worked as an Intellectual Property assistant in Rio de Janeiro. She moved to the US in 2021 to pursue an LL.M. in Intellectual Property at the American University Washington College of Law. During her LL.M., she was a Dean’s Fellow at the Intellectual Property Department and worked as a Brazilian consultant to Judge Peter J. Messite, District Judge of the District of Maryland.
