Upcoming Philadelphia Life Sciences Events You Should Know About – Q1 2023

The life sciences ecosystem in the Philadelphia region continues to evolve. A recent report from the University Science Center indicates that the number of cell and gene therapy companies in the region increased from 30 to 50 between 2019 and 2022. New and established companies in the area are active targets of VC and governmental funding.

Industry growth relies on an ever-expanding workforce. Fortunately, the talent pool is strong, supported by several innovative training programs offered through collaborations among academic, industrial, and governmental partners, as well as an active offering of life sciences-focused educational and networking events.

The happy hour kickoff event will be held at the Water Wheel Tavern, and breakfasts are held on the third Thursday of every month.
