Women In Bio Capital Region/Philadelphia Event Touches On Career Transition Tips
Have you ever considered changing careers? What are your options if you are unsatisfied with your current position? What are some of the best practices to implement when making a jump between jobs?
On February 3, 2022, the Women In Bio-Capital Region and Women In Bio-Philadelphia Metro panel session, Jane of All Trades, Master of Career Transitions, touched on these questions and more.
The group of speakers included Rose Cook, PMP, Former CEO and Co-Founder of The FlexPro Group, Marcia Fournier, PhD, AAAS Science and Technology Fellow (Health Science Specialist) at the National Cancer Institute, and Nicolette Louissaint, PhD, MBA, Senior Vice President of Policy and Strategic Planning at Healthcare Distribution Alliance. All of them have undergone major transitions over the course of their careers. The session was facilitated by Brenda K. Reynolds, MS, President of BKR Consulting, who also imparted advice on the topic.
