Biotechnical Institute of Maryland (BTI)
For those seeking to enter the life sciences field, BTI provides exceptional, tuition-free training aimed at under- or unemployed individuals. Founded by Dr. Margaret B. Penno in 1998, BTI has trained over 500 students, with nearly 400 successfully placed into jobs.
