Our mission is simple: To better connect the life science workforce.
Our talent networks harness the power of community and technology to advance careers, grow jobs, and enable individuals and companies to access greater opportunities so that life science innovation and industry thrive.
Our regionally-focused networks create, connect and amplify impact across the life science workforce in growing biohubs (BioHealth Capital Region, Greater Philadelphia, Research Triangle Park).
We support life science professionals in nearly every stage of their career as they learn, grow, lead and innovate.
Since 2009, BioBuzz has been tirelessly committed to creating a more connected life science community.
What started as an informal networking event to connect professionals laid off in a recession (remember Bio on the Bay?!), has grown into an ever-evolving powerhouse of perpetual beta that drives continuous connectivity between life science professionals and employers in the BioHealth Capital Region and beyond.
While BioBuzz’s mission has been unwavering, the means in which we’ve continued to and aspired to achieve this have evolved. Which, of course, is a necessity to remain on the bleeding edge of innovation. We have proven and scaled our model and are ready to become THE most important workforce community and hiring platform for the life science industry across the US with the launch of the BioBuzz Talent Lab.
Imagine…
Well, it’s coming. So join BioBuzz and help us to shape the future of work. But before we share more on where we’re going. It’s important to know where we’ve been.
We believe in… Community over politics. Increasing collision points. Reducing friction in the hiring process. Attracting talent based on skills and passion. Our core beliefs are part of everything that we do. But don’t just take our word for it.
We are also incredibly fortunate to have a highly engaged ambassador program, led by our region-specific Board of Buzz.
Stay tuned… we’ll be announcing our Industry Advisory Board this September.
