With more than 20 years of experience driving growth for leading life sciences organizations, Delphine brings a deep background in marketing strategy, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.
She has held leadership roles at Sigma-Aldrich (now MilliporeSigma), EAG Laboratories (now Eurofins), ATCC, and most recently at MaxCyte, where she served as Director of Marketing Communications. At MaxCyte, Delphine led integrated marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and digital engagement initiatives that expanded the company’s visibility and supported its global business growth.
Known for combining strategic insight with data-driven execution, Delphine is passionate about leveraging technology, customer insights, and analytics to build marketing functions that serve as strategic drivers of organizational success.
