Doug Salyers has joined CRB as a Senior Project Manager on the Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) and Operational Readiness team, where he will contribute to projects that advance high-impact manufacturing and support the teams driving them forward. In this role, Salyers brings extensive experience in project management, CQV engineering, and quality management to help deliver successful outcomes across life science projects.
In his new position at CRB, Salyers will oversee CQV, operational readiness, and compliance consulting across multiple projects, ensuring effective and compliant CQV and complete operational readiness.

Doug Salyers is an experienced professional in project management related to capital projects with specific focus in commissioning, qualification and validation. He holds a strong background in creating and improving quality management systems. He previously held leadership and engineering roles at IPS-Integrated Project Services, Miltenyi Biotec, and Saint-Gobain. Salyers holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from Excelsior University and a PMP Certification from Project Management Institute.
