Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Absolutely. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. If you don’t upgrade, you’ll automatically move to the Explorer (free) plan.
What counts as a “team account” on Company and Vendor plans?
Company plans include up to 5 team members who can manage your company profile, post jobs, create events, and access analytics. Vendor plans include unlimited team accounts. Need a custom setup? Contact us for enterprise pricing.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or academic institutions?
Yes. We offer a 30% discount on Company plans for registered nonprofits, academic institutions, and government agencies. Reach out to our sales team with documentation to get started.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoicing with ACH/wire transfer for annual Company and Vendor plans.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. We don’t do refunds for partial months, but we also don’t lock you into contracts.
