Suvoda Unveils Major Platform Release Unifying Study Data, Patient Engagement, and Trial Operations

Suvoda, a Conshohocken, Pennsylvania-based global clinical trial technology company, announced on September 30, 2026 a new platform release marking its most significant set of advancements since unifying the Suvoda and Greenphire product lines onto a single platform following their merger. The release addresses a longstanding clinical trial challenge: study teams historically had to stitch together disconnected vendor tools — separate logins, support teams, and systems — to manage randomization, drug supply, questionnaire completion, payments, travel, and patient consent.

CEO Jagath Wanninayake said: “This release shows what a platform-based and AI-enabled product suite makes possible. Sites can spend less time reconciling systems, patients can have an easier clinical trial experience wherever they are, and sponsors get faster answers to their important questions. I’m immensely proud of our teams. They have embraced a bold vision for the future and have brought it to life through innovative technology designed to make clinical trial work better for everyone involved.”

AI Built Directly Into the Platform

Suvoda is rolling out AI capabilities across the unified platform, starting with RTSM and eCOA and expanding into financial services like patient payments. The company says its agentic RTSM capability is demonstrating up to an 80% reduction in kickoff-to-UAT timelines, while Sofia, Suvoda’s conversational AI assistant, lets sponsors and sites find information and take permissioned action across multiple languages — with every action logged, auditable, and still subject to human sign-off authority at each step.

One Login, Eight Connected Products

A new Product Launchpad, rolling out across global trials, lets study teams move between RTSM/IRT, eCOA, eConsent, Scheduling, Patient Payments, Travel, Site Payments, and Budgeting & Benchmarking without switching systems. A unified data layer means participant data entered once in RTSM flows automatically across the other products, eliminating manual re-entry. New reporting and self-service tools — including a finance and travel reporting portal and an in-platform negotiation feature for Budgeting & Benchmarking — are meant to give sponsors and CROs faster, more confident access to study data, with payment data feeding back in real time to sharpen fair-market-value benchmarks.

A Smoother Experience for Patients and Sites

The Suvoda App now gives patients a single place to track visits, book rides, complete questionnaires, and receive micropayments upon task completion, while sites can conduct video calls for at-home visits and share scheduling availability directly. Patients can be reimbursed through the payment method that works for them, including digital wallets such as Alipay in China — reducing inbound calls and manual handoffs for sites managing payment and travel status.
