Bora Biologics has named Roger Lias, Ph.D., as Head of Commercial, where he will lead the company’s global commercial activities. Lias will focus on understanding each customer’s program and connecting the right expertise and capabilities to support its next milestone.
About Roger Lias
Lias brings extensive leadership and commercial experience across the biologics CDMO industry. He has held roles at Lonza, founding management positions at KBI Biopharma, Cytovance Biologics, and Eden Biodesign, and CEO roles at Avid Bioservices and Stelis Biopharma. Most recently, he was Chief Commercial Officer at Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services and an executive advisor at Kymanox.
Lias holds a Ph.D. in biotechnology from the University of Cambridge and a bachelor’s degree in physiology and biochemistry from the University of Southampton.
