How do I submit questions?
Please submit questions in advance via your registration. We will prioritize pre-submitted questions first, then will open the floor up to live Q&A.
While we will attempt to answer all questions, we are limited on time. In general, we target 3-5 minutes per question to ensure we maximize the time for questions.

Once Yaffa beat kidney cancer (7 years!), she decided to chase after her dreams and start her own company-Yaffa Grace & Co- focused on connecting the best talent with the best Biopharma/Biotech companies.
When Covid-19 hit, it was time to level up and pivot all at the same time. September 1, 2020, another dream was realized as she launched and co-founded yet another fun, innovative, women-owned company in the biotech/healthcare/tech executive search space, this time with her dear friend, mentor, and colleague, Ronith Dunn.
ABOUT JESS
Jess is a certified professional coach, award winning leader and mom of two boys. After 10+ years navigating her career as a mom, she realized she was missing a part of her motherhood journey. After completing her coaching education, significant self-introspection and a deep dive into the history of motherhood in our society, she realized we are failing mothers at work. With her own early postpartum experience, return to work journey and coaching education, she is now dedicated to preventing an empty path back from maternity leave for all moms.
