Greater Baltimore Committee (GBC) Announces Winners of the 50th Annual Mayor’s Business Recognition Awards
This year’s awardees include several nonprofits, tech companies, and local businesses with a dedicated focus on improving the civic fabric of their surrounding communities
(Baltimore, Md.) – The Greater Baltimore Committee (GBC) and the Baltimore Development Corporation are proud to announce the winners of the 50th Annual Mayor’s Business Recognition Awards, honoring 16 businesses and organizations that have demonstrated exceptional civic leadership and a commitment to improving the quality of life in the Baltimore region.

“The 50th Annual Mayor’s Business Recognition Awards not only highlights the incredible work being done by Baltimore’s rich tapestry of small businesses and nonprofits but also reinforces the importance of community engagement and investment in our city’s future,” said GBC President and CEO Mark Anthony Thomas. “We celebrate those who are at the forefront of transformative change and who inspire others to contribute to the progress of the Baltimore region.”
The winners will be honored at a special ceremony on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Middle Branch Fitness and Wellness Center, 201 Reedbird Avenue, Baltimore MD 21225.
