Tell us about highQu and its history
highQu is a German company providing premium reagents dedicated to successful nucleic acid amplification and analysis in molecular biology, gene engineering, and other laboratory applications since 2013. highQu stands for high quality, and we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch molecular biology tools worldwide, always striving to exceed customer expectations while ensuring consistent quality through our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Our portfolio includes robust enzymes and master mixes for PCR and qPCR, reverse transcription solutions, kits for isothermal amplification, RNA analysis tools, innovative solutions for less-toxic DNA gel stains and room-temperature stable protein and DNA electrophoresis ladders.
Is there anything unique about the highQu’s reagents?
Our PCR/qPCR reagents are trusted by laboratories globally, and we have been able to continuously grow the number of publications citing our products since 2013. We are proud that all of our products are manufactured in ISO-certified facilities, ensuring stringent quality control at every stage, so that our clients can always count on the same level of quality.

Whether it’s amplifying PCR products from crude samples, optimizing NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) library preparation, or simplifying DNA electrophoresis, we have a solution. For instance, our ALLin™ Hot Start Taq Polymerase is a robust enzyme designed for challenging templates where most of the enzymes fail, and our ALLin™ MEGA Polymerase product range offers cost-effective, highest-fidelity PCR, e.g. for NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) projects. What is the company’s plan for the near future?
