Health Tech Built by the BioHealth Capital Region
Health technology sits at the intersection of disciplines, and the BioHealth Capital Region is built for that kind of collaboration. The region brings together leading research universities, federal health agencies, health systems, and a deep base of IT, software, and data talent. Turning an idea into a health technology product takes all of them working together: researchers and clinicians who understand the problem, engineers and software teams who build the solution, and commercial teams who bring it to patients, providers, and payers. This year’s honorees reflect that teamwork, spanning health data platforms, medication management, medical devices, workforce technology, and virtual care.
