Meghan Kelly has joined CRB as Director of Business Development, based out of the firm’s Philadelphia office. In this role, Kelly will focus on expanding CRB’s presence across the Greater Philadelphia region, strengthening client relationships, and supporting continued growth in the life sciences and advanced manufacturing sectors.
Kelly brings more than 17 years of experience spanning business development, economic development, government, and policy, with a strong emphasis on the life sciences ecosystem. Most recently, she served Hilco Global as Vice President of Leasing, where she supported redevelopment and commercialization efforts within Philadelphia’s Bellwether District.
Prior to her work at the Hilco Global, Kelly held leadership roles at the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia as Director of Business Attraction, Expansion, & Life Science Initiatives, where she led efforts to attract life sciences companies and investment to the region and chaired the Chamber’s Health and Life Sciences Action Team (HLSAT). Earlier in her career, she worked on transatlantic policy initiatives at the Bertelsmann Foundation and served on Capitol Hill as a Legislative Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives.
