Florence, June 6th, 2024 – PQE Group, a distinguished global consulting company within the life science industry, proudly announces the release of its first-ever Sustainability Report (FY 2023) today, marking a significant milestone in the company’s unwavering dedication to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. This comprehensive report offers a detailed insight into PQE Group’s sustainability endeavors, with a primary focus on its Italian Headquarters, while aiming to encompass all 45 global subsidiaries, reflecting the company’s commitment to transparency and accountability.
Founded in 1998 and boasting a turnover of 103 million euros in 2023, PQE Group has experienced
remarkable economic growth, attributed to the collective efforts of its nearly 2,000-strong workforce.
Commenting on the release of the Sustainability Report, PQE Group CEO Gilda D’Incerti emphasized the
company’s deep-rooted commitment to sustainability, stating that “Sustainability has always been central to our corporate ethos. Our inaugural Sustainability Report underscores our dedication to fostering a positive global impact through transparent and accountable practices. In addition to highlighting its sustainability initiatives, PQE Group has recently implemented revisions to its Travel Policy to promote CO2 emission reduction during travel. Furthermore, the company has made
significant strides in transitioning its vehicle fleet towards greener options, with hybrids accounting for 21
percent, and a bold target of reaching 40% by FY25.
The Sustainability Report also delves into PQE Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities,
showcasing support for healthcare and scientific research, advocacy for quality education, staff
development initiatives, employee engagement in eco-friendly practices, support for artisanal enterprises, supply chain inclusivity, and promotion of gender equality.
