Dehydration is a widespread yet often overlooked health issue affecting millions worldwide. AmiLyfe believes that advanced science, particularly its amino acid hydration technology, holds the key to addressing this crisis. Sprout met WHO standards for dehydration treatment while significantly reducing diarrhea duration and stool volume. Its amino acid formulations have also been shown to enhance gut function by strengthening intestinal barriers and restoring absorption mechanisms, which is crucial for combating malnutrition-related conditions like EE.

Another application of this breakthrough is AmiLyfe’s enterade®, designed to assist cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. It addresses gut damage, alleviates symptoms like diarrhea, and improves hydration.

AmiLyfe’s formulations are influencing WHO recommendations on oral rehydration solutions (ORS), providing a superior alternative to traditional glucose-based solutions, which often have drawbacks like a salty taste and slower hydration.
