Bryan Kennedy joins BioBuzz Networks as the new Partnerships Manager, and Philadelphia Ecosystem Development Director. In this role, Bryan will oversee the Philadelphia ecosystem, focusing on fostering and growing the Philadelphia BioBuzz community. He will help the organization build strategic partnerships, drive insightful content and research, and collaborate with key stakeholders in the ecosystem.
By engaging with regional stakeholders, he aims to enhance awareness and promote this important ecosystem, driving meaningful advancements in biotechnology. Bryan is also passionate about organizing events and workshops that bring together industry professionals, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. He looks forward to connecting with like-minded professionals dedicated to shaping the future of the industry.
Additionally, Bryan will work closely with BioBuzz’s affiliate, Workforce Genetics, utilizing his executive recruiting background and market research mindset to further develop their human capital engine, including enhancing their search and talent lab capabilities.

About Bryan Kennedy
Bryan joins us from Berke Executive Search, where he spent the last three years as an Executive Recruiter specializing in the biotech and life sciences sectors, with significant experience in the CDMO space. Before his tenure at Berke Search, Bryan was with MLP Ventures, a family office focused on company creation and commercial real estate. During his time at MLP Ventures, he played a key role as a founding team member of the Center for Breakthrough Medicines and Recovery Centers of America, contributing to company creation, fundraising, and real estate acquisition through financial analysis, market research, and corporate strategy development.
Additionally, Bryan is a dedicated volunteer for the Emily Whitehead Foundation, where he actively supports fundraising initiatives and seeks out development and partnership opportunities for the organization.
