Through Kurt’s leadership, PROTECS’ N.C. office will continue to service the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, semiconductor and specialty chemical market sectors in the region, where PROTECS will implement its unique, patented “Target Costing” project delivery approach for small to mid-sized clients to meet their performance, conformance, compliance, time to market and budgetary objectives.
Kurt is a highly accomplished construction management professional with a strong focus on operations and team leadership. He has successfully led teams and was responsible for profit and loss in his previous role where, under his leadership, his division realized 150% growth. Kurt has spent many years in N.C. and has developed a solid reputation and network with life sciences end users, sub-contract construction firms, and corporate account partners. With a deep understanding of market dynamics and a customer-focused approach, he is adept at developing and implementing business strategies to lead and grow operations through delivering highly successful projects for his clients.
