Novel Bio, a biotechnology research company and manufacturing organization specializing in developing high-quality plasmids, has appointed Greg Spero as their Business Development Manager. Founded in 2021 in Vancouver, Washington by CEO Palau Khanna and other entrepreneurs, the company aims to develop innovative solutions related to DNA research and developing products for the greater bio pharmaceutical industry.
In his role at Novel Bio, Spero will utilize his experience to develop the company’s partnerships and research base. He will focus on applying the organization’s core values across academia, pharma, and biotech spheres. Spero provides a wealth of expertise and experience, which will assist Novel Bio in broadening its reach and development of solutions across the life sciences sectors.

Greg brings nearly a decade of sales experience in the biotech industry, having held key roles at organizations such as GenScript, MilliporeSigma, and Meso Scale Diagnostics. Throughout his career, he has served as an outside sales representative, regional manager, and head of inside sales—consistently building high-performing teams and exceeding revenue targets. Outside of work, Greg enjoys watching college football and spending quality time with his family.
