Conexus Solutions Appoints Jim Rondinone as Director of Client Services
As a Director of Client Services, Jim Rondinone’s role is to lead a team of Program Managers who oversee our service delivery to the Company’s customers. He will help ensure that Conexus’ Program Managers continue to grow and develop their skills to become more effective in their role, thereby increasing the value of the company’s deliverables and ultimately strengthening the relationships that the team has with their customers.

Utilizing his experience in the life sciences sector, Rondinone has built trusted, long-lasting alliances to facilitate cohesion and open communications within his support teams as well as with Conexus’ customers. In his most recent roles, he served as an Associate Vice President for both Client Services and Audits Inventory Management Services (AIMS) at Knipper Health. He led the delivery of client audits, budget management, and business plan development while establishing workflows, allocating resources to support teams, establishing and ensuring service-levels in an environment that strove for continuous improvement in services and technology.
Prior to Knipper Health, he held various leadership roles at inVentiv Health. There, Rondinone supported the Sales Operations team and managed day-to-day operations and implementations from proposal and scope of work through contracting, project scheduling, and deployment while accelerating customer success and reducing compliance risk. His biggest challenge was to make sure that the team delivered an optimal outcome for their customers amid the company’s dynamic organizational changes and explosive growth. That experience will allow him to apply many of those lessons learned to the explosive growth that Conexus Solutions, Inc. is experiencing.
