With a Master’s in Biotechnology from Georgetown University and experience at the intersection of science and business, Chidie is passionate about connecting biotech startups to the resources they need to grow in Baltimore.

Her background includes positions in research, project management, and startup development at institutions like Oxford BioDynamics and the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. In her new role, Chidie will help drive ETC’s mission to support underrepresented founders and scale Baltimore’s life sciences ecosystem.
