Edwin Beale has been named Chief Commercial Officer of Kincellis Advanced Therapies, the cell therapy CDMO formed this month through the merger of Kincell Bio and Cellipont Bioservices, where Beale had served as CCO since 2024. “Our priorities are clear: maintain continuity for every customer, connect the strongest capabilities of both organizations and build a common platform that can scale with customer needs,” said Larry Pitcher, President of Kincellis.

Beale brings more than two decades of business development, corporate transactions, and commercial leadership experience in the life sciences contract manufacturing space to the role. Before Cellipont, he spent three years at iVexSol, rising from Vice President to Senior Vice President, Business Development & Licensing. He also served as Vice President of Business Development, Cell Therapy, at Catalent Biologics, and spent more than five years as Interim Vice President, Sales & Marketing, at Cytovance Biologics, where he was recognized as a top performer in high-end sales and led corporate partnership and M&A activities.
Earlier in his career, Beale held business development leadership roles at Althea Technologies and Avecia Holdings, and worked as an Associate at PRTM Management Consultants, where he contributed to strategic purchasing, biologics manufacturing, and vaccine market analysis engagements.
Beale holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing & Strategy from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from Tuskegee University, and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences, also from Tuskegee University.
