Veeva Systems, a global leader in cloud software for the life sciences industry, has brought on Maryland workforce and quality expert Sneha Saggurthi as a Learning Strategy Consultant. In her new role, Saggurthi joins the LearnGxP team, where she will support companies in building practical and quality-focused GxP training programs.
About Sneha Saggurthi
As a Learning Strategy Consultant, Saggurthi will help life sciences organizations design and optimize training programs that are effective, audit-defensible, and aligned with the evolving needs of the industry. Drawing on her experience as an end user, trainer, and auditor, she will work with customers to strengthen learning strategies that support both compliance and performance.
“I’m excited to join Veeva Systems as a Learning Strategy Consultant on the LearnGxP team,” Saggurthi shared. “My career began on the manufacturing floor, where training was not always designed with the end-user experience in mind. That experience sparked my passion for improving workforce training. I’m looking forward to helping our partners build and maintain training programs that are practical, meaningful, audit-defensible, and reflective of our ever-changing industry.”
Saggurthi is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor with a background spanning operations, quality, training, and continuous improvement. Most recently, she served as a Quality Compliance Manager in the CAR-T cell therapy space, where she supported inspection readiness, supplier quality, and GxP training programs. Her career began in manufacturing, an experience that shaped her appreciation for quality programs that are practical, risk-based, and reflective of how work is actually performed.
Within the Maryland life sciences community, Saggurthi is a Workforce Engagement Lead with BioBuzz, helping lead the BioCatalyst student program. She also serves as an adjunct instructor for Frederick Community College’s Biotech Bootcamp program and is the Co-Vice Chair of Young Women In Bio for the Women In Bio Capital Region chapter, reflecting her commitment to strengthening the bridge between industry, education, and early-career talent.
