TELA Bio Secures Up to $50M in Debt Financing from MidCap Financial

The facility matures on May 1, 2027 and bears interest at a rate equal to 6.25%, whichever is greater of the one-month forward SOFR or 1.0%. The facility provides for at least 36 months of interest-only payments, which can be extended to 48 months if certain conditions are met.
