Now Hiring: Wexford’s Knowledge Community Director
Wexford is currently hiring for a Knowledge Community Director who will spearhead a key element of Wexford’s community building strategy. This pivotal role, described by Travis Sheridan, Chief Community Officer at Wexford Science + Technology, LLC, is crucial for place-making and community building, especially in a post-pandemic environment. The Knowledge Community Director’s mission is to ensure that when employees come into the office at the UM BioPark, it is a much better experience than working from home.
“If people are working hybrid schedules or in the office three days a week, this person’s job is to make sure those are the best three days of their week,” Sheridan explains. “How is being in the office better than working from home? That’s what the Knowledge Community Director thinks about daily.”
This role involves enhancing the work environment through amenities and programmatic elements. From organizing food trucks and yoga sessions to developing programs that foster a sense of connection among employees, the Knowledge Community Director will play a vital role in creating an engaging and supportive community at the UM BioPark in Baltimore.
