Ken Herko joins PAK BioSolutions as New Operations Manager. Ken Herko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and consulting within the biotech and life sciences industries. With a strong background in manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance, he has led teams and projects to successful outcomes, contributing to the development and commercialization of innovative therapeutics. Hired on as Operations Manager, his primary role is to ensure client delivery and order fulfillment of systems, including oversight of production of various components both by internal and external resources. Currently serving at PAK BioSolutions, Herko continues to apply his expertise to drive operational excellence and ensure regulatory compliance in the biotech sector.
About Ken Heriko
Ken Herko brings over 30 years of extensive experience to the biotech industry. His impressive career includes significant roles at top-tier companies such as AstraZeneca/MedImmune, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Diosynth/Covance, and SmithKline Beecham. Before joining PAKBiosolutions, Herko honed his expertise in various key positions across these leading organizations.
A passionate Penn State alumni and enthusiastic supporter, Herko earned his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and a Master’s in Health Administration from Penn State University. His deep connection to his alma mater reflects his commitment to excellence and innovation in his field.
Outside of his professional life, Herko enjoys spending his spare time on the golf course. The sport provides him with a rewarding challenge and a way to continually improve his game, showcasing his dedication to both personal and professional growth.

PAK BioSolutions is an early-stage biotechnology company that provides comprehensive solutions for end-to-end continuous manufacture of biopharmaceuticals.
