Dr. Ajmo earned his B.S. degree in Biochemistry at the University of Florida, M.S. and Ph.D. in Molecular Pharmacology and Physiology with a focus on Neuroscience at University of South Florida’s College of Medicine. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and is admitted to the Massachusetts bar, and he is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Dr. Ajmo has experience in patent preparation and prosecution before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as the World International Patent Organization in areas such as biotechnology, large and small molecules, and methods of treating diseases. Dr. Ajmo regulatory experience in drug labels, NDA, BLA and patent term extension before the FDA.

Dr. Ajmo has numerous publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals related to his work with reducing brain damage resulting from ischemic stroke.
